Kevin Frazier

Kevin Frazier is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law at St. Thomas University and a Research Affiliate at the Legal Priorities Project. He previously served as a Judicial Clerk to Chief Justice Mike McGrath of the Montana Supreme Court. His views are his own.
