Today on Lawfare No Bull: On June 21, the House select committee to investigate the Jan. 6 on the U.S. Capitol held its fourth public hearing. The hearing focused on the sustained efforts by former President Trump and his allies to pressure state election officials to invalidate election results in their states, and the impact that this campaign of intimidation had on the targeted officials and their families. The committee heard testimonny from Rusty Bowers, the speaker of the Arizona House of Represntatives; Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia secretary of state; Gabriel Sterling, chief operatig officer of the Georgia secretary of state's office; and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, a Georgia election worker who was targeted by former President Trump and his allies.
