Today on Lawfare No Bull: On June 16, the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the Capitol held its third public hearing. This hearing focused on President Trump and lawyer John Eastman’s efforts to pressure Vice President Mike Pence to overturn the election on Jan. 6 by rejecting the electoral vote count. Witnesses included Greg Jacob, Mike Pence’s former counsel, and former federal judge Michael Luttig, who advised Pence on his role in certifying the 2020 election.
