Today on Lawfare No Bull: In a virtual address to Congress on March 16th, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky asked the U.S. to support a no-fly zone over Ukraine and to provide military aid to help defend themselves against Russia. Zelensky also played a video, which we cut but is worth watching, showing visuals of civilians being killed and injured in the ongoing conflict:
