On Feb. 9, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., the second Senate impeachment trial against former President Donald Trump is slated to begin. Trump is charged with incitement of insurrection for his role in stoking the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol with baseless claims of a stolen election.
