Melissa K. Griffith

Melissa K. Griffith is a Public Policy Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars's Science and Technology Innovation Program (STIP); a Non-Resident Research Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley’s Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity (CLTC); and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown's Center for Security Studies (CSS). She works at the intersection between technology and national security with specializations in cybersecurity, cyber conflict, and 5G networks. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Griffith was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Research Institute on the Finnish Economy (ETLA) in Helsinki, Finland. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
