Supreme Court Agrees to Review Colorado Trump Disqualification
Now before the Court is the high-stakes question of whether Trump is eligible to run for president in 2024.

On Jan. 5, the U.S. Supreme Court granted former President Donald Trump's petition for writ of certiorari to review the Colorado Supreme Court's ruling disqualifying him from the state's primary ballot.
Oral arguments are set for Feb. 8.
